Standards
Synergetics is involved in international competency related standardisation bodies and special interest consortia. As co-founder of HR-XML Europe and as Chair of its Competency Work Group, Synergetics is currently managing the development of a new global standard for competency profiles. It is also actively involved in both IEEE Learning Technology Standards Committee and IMS.
Synergetics is a board member of the European Institute for E-Learning (link), a core member of the European Learning Industry Group (link) and a founding partner of the Ontology Outreach Advisory (link).
By actively participating in these bodies, Synergetics is helping to point the direction and set the pace in the competency driven ICT industry.
